Draft, not yet final. They take effect when Pocket Plastics launches.

By using Pocket Plastics, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

For education only

Pocket Plastics is for education. It isn't medical advice, and it isn't advice on any patient. Follow your attending and your institution, and check with a doctor before any medical decision.

YouTube

Some clips play through YouTube API Services. By using Pocket Plastics, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The packs

A surgeon reviews each pack before it's published, and each pack names that surgeon and the date. Medicine changes and mistakes happen, so a reviewed pack can still be out of date or wrong. If you find a problem, please tell us through the Support page.

Who owns what

Pictures and clips from other sources belong to their owners. Each one is credited in the pack, under its own licence. The rest, including the text, drawings, covers and logo, belongs to Pocket Plastics.

You may use the app for your own learning. Don't copy, sell or republish the packs.

You can import a PDF of a book the packs cite, so a link can open it at the cited page. Only import books you have the right to use. The app includes no book text, and imported books stay on your device.

If you own something in a pack and think it shouldn't be there, contact us through the Support page and we'll look into it.

No guarantees

The app is free and comes as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it's accurate, complete or always available, and we aren't liable for how you use it.

Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content, and no duty to support it. Please bring any questions to us.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll post the new version here with its date. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.
